Sorry, can't help.

I cannot find this HP model name or product number.

"LAPTOP-6MEB3HTC" appears to be a generic name you might find in the Device Manager.

If that is the case, this name is not a model name or product identifier.

 

You could try pulling the model name from System Information.

 

Windows 10

Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > System Information

OR

Windows 11

Control Panel > icon view > Windows Tools > System Information

 

Right column > find information for:

"System Model"

and - Product Number

"System SKU"
