Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using my HP Envy laptop for almost three years now. My screen had got a crack without even dropping off and took it to a service center, they told me to pay 40K to completely change the screen. But in other center they told to turn off the touch and use it as always because only the glass is broken not the screen. So, I'm using this way for about a year and today when I try to open my laptop, some I heard some cracking sound and found that my laptop's bezel came off from the left corner a little bit. I dont know how much I should pay for this, Can I renew my warranty and get a free repair for this regard?
