Black and white lines on the bottom of the screen when I switch to 144 Hz; there is no issue on 60hz mode. Also, the external display works fine all the time.

Please check to see does it actually have 144Hz screen. For example:

yes, it does

also, the issue came recently, ig after the latest firmware or driver update
