Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
From past couple of months, I was having this issue of sudden black screen of death when I use my laptop for critical work related tasks, or even during my daily usage.
It suddenly goes of black and I have to hold up the power button for seconds to manually boot it on. There's no cursor nothing.
I went through a couple of posts here, on reddit and on youtube. I tried all possible solutions as to updating drivers, reinstalling them and running a diagnostic test. The test came out with all green, no issues, and all my drivers including the Nvidea and AMD are at latest update. (I was told to revert back for Nvidia which I tried and didn't work).
Please help since I was kept getting switched off during critical times like in a meeting or while working something on my laptop to present it.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply and appreciate it.
I've tried out all these, but still the issue persists. My windows never updates and always says "undoing changes" after it downloads all updates, every single time.
Also, I checked it in the event viewer as you said (by filtering out critical, errors and warnings), and this is the result of it (under critical section) : [I've also attached a screenshot.]
