blank screen after switch on the laptop

I'm having an issue after starting the laptop, the screen is blank. I can hear the fan sound (looks like a laptop working).

After trying several times on/off the laptop, sometimes the laptop is working fine.  Couldn't even open Bions screen.

The issue is not seeing anything at all after switch-on, Any thought about this issue?

Hi,

First try a power reset and see if it helps. Basically remove battery (if possible) ac adapter and all peripherals and press and hold power button for about 30 seconds. Then attach ac adapter and see if it works.

there is the same problem. It's like a marriage  Screen loop    After a while, it shortens and disables their video card. Your advice is useless. This is a hardware repair or laptop for recycling. I didn't expect such a marriage from a solid company. No one can help me.

You must recognize this as a problem. I'm not asking for help anymore. it's useless. The laptop is under repair. Replacing the motherboard! Thanks to marriage HP

Look at the forum carefully on the last pages. black screen! Why do you give useless template tips ? This is a hardware problem. the image disappears in a moment. no output to another monitor.

I tried to Power reset option but no luck 😞  Bios recovery is another option left but when I tried with Windows key + B is not working?

Is there any other key combination to open bios? Or any other thoughts.

The laptop is working sometimes, the issue is then if I have to restart then I can see this black screen issue.
