Hey,

When I checked the device manager and display adapter it shows In the AMD Radeon Graphics that device not started in the events section. After I clean installed the AMD software it still showed the same thing. Is this the reason for the blinking? Assuming it’s not starting at all? Can anyone confirm if there system shows the same event?
