Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15t-ch000 CTO

I have bought Hp Spectre x360 Model 15t-ch000 s.no [Personal Information Removed] in USA, currently using in India and I am having issue with Display (Flickering and half black Screen) and HP customer support said there is spare part for this model in India. 

can someone help me with this ?

Display spare part number  - L15596-001
