i bought a brand new laptop 17-cw1023cl dec 2024 for my wife everything was great til she used zoom for her meeting and the webcam quality is terrible!!! its not crisp, it looks grainy and screen flickers (yes office bright clear, using fios and we checked the video setting was at factory which was terrible then we set it and it didnt imp;rove)
again pls dont tell me to go back to setting and change something which we have already done so.
My biggest fustration is the screen flickers too!! i have a lenovo laptop next to my wifes new 17-cw1023cl, hers flickered when mine didnt and i look clean and crisp in her hp zoom, she looks grainy in my lenovo zoom everyone else looks clear.
what in the world is going on? i paid 1300 bucks for this ??
