i am unable to change brightness.iam using window 7 professional 64 bit, an dalso installed the screen utility tool,bt brightness is not changing. plz solve this

If the driver on your notebook's support page doesn't work, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the one directly from Intel. You want the 3rd file down on the left.
If that doesn't work either, then I suggest you contact HP technical support for the country you live in at the link below and submit a support case under the warranty.

Hi:
Did the graphics driver install?
That would be the first thing to check.
Go to the device manager and click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
There you should see an Intel HD graphics adapter listed.
If you see a Standard VGA Adapter listed, that means you need to install the Intel graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
If the graphics driver is not installed, you cannot adjust the brightness or change the screen resolution.

HI
i already downloaded the software from hp site,bt when i m trying to intall the driver, error msg says that driver is not correctly installed, reinstalle by using correct setting.
so can u plz snd the link to download the correct graphic driver.
