Hey there! @Sushant_SHEK, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have brightness issues with your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Does the issue persist in BIOS?
As you mentioned you see the screen brightness fluctuating when you use your laptop.
Try the steps recommended below.
1. Go into "Control Panel" and then "Power Options".
2. Click the "Change plan settings" link next to whichever plan you are currently using and then click "Change advanced power settings".
3. In this new window click "Display" to open up the listings under it.
4. Now locate and click each of the following..."Display brightness", "Dimmed display brightness" and"Enable adaptive brightness".
5. Change each of these to the settings you wish, then click the "Apply" button and finally the "OK" button.
6. You should be good.
Try updating BIOS, graphics and chipset drivers on your PC and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps, uninstall the graphics driver from device manager and install the drivers using HP recovery manager.

If the issue persists in BIOS it is a hardware issue with your PC.
