I cant change brightness on my hp elitebook 2750p. I have windows7 and i cant find options anywhere, its been 2 days and I couldnt find anything on internet to help me.

Did you install the required graphics driver?
That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

ThankYou i just dint realize it. now i have installed graphic drivers and i can change brightness from the battery option but im still unable to change it directly using fn+f9/f10. is there any solution for this?

You're very welcome.
The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to install this software, restart the PC, and see if you can adjust the brightness using the Fn keys.
Now this is for the 2760p, you posted that you have a 2750p, but there is no such model.
