Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx

Not sure why I cant just speak to someone at support. For some reason my hinge on laptop caught wrong, and now I can't open and close my laptop without things breaking on the hardware. It has pulled a  bit of my screen away from back piece too. Still works just fine, but I need to be able to close it.  I realize warranty is gone, but trying to find out if this is even worth sending in to get fixed? Or buy a new one? Don't know because cant get ahold of anyone.
