hp 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hinge on my laptop envy 360 broke and 3 screws came off from the inside along with little pieces of broken plastic, and now I have a huge gap between the screen and the back cover. I barely moved it and I bought this computer 2 years ago. Since I bought it, I had problems with light bleed and had to return it 3 times!!! I loved HP products in the past but it is extremely frustrating that an expensive equipment is this fragile. I am a very cautious person and since I am a graduate student with a board exam on November, I NEED my computer. Loved the concept of this computer and the benefits of having it be 2 in one but this is terribly executed. HP should fix this for free since a lot of people have the same problem. How can I fix this without wasting much study time?
