Product: HP ENVY - 17m-bw0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Tried to use zoom camera and not working. Called Geek squad and they said to bring laptop in, so I did.  First spent over an hour trying to find a fix on settings, zoom, etc.  There is no key, toggle switch, or anything to tell me that the camera is blocked. Geek squad knew immediately that the camera was blocked and must have happened maybe even on opening or closing laptop. If you move your finger over the top area where camera is, you can turn it on or off. Can't some design engineer realize that this information should be in the directions, etc somewhere.

Sounds like it has a lens cover, that is a common sense for all normal cameras: to take pictures please do not cover the lens
