Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f1000 (508R9AV)

This is driving me nuts, A brand new laptop only 4 days old. When I started the laptop the camera worked. After updating to Windows 11 and adding my various apps, the camera ceased to work. Ive researched the various sites and believe it has something to do with the internal camera settings. How do I fix this, I've had the windows team and AVG checking from their side. They cant work it out either.  Need help
