i have HP Notebook - 15-ac028tx. it has a 720p screen and it's working fine but so i replace it with a 1080p screen, if "yes" then does hp provides 1080p screen for any similar model, and how can i get it.

Hi,
I do not believe it is possible, as no model in that series of notebooks has an FHD screen. Normally you would need also to replace the cable (however, no FHD cable is available.
What I do with such computers is attach them to an external FHD screen at work and for multimedia through the HDMI port on the notebook wich supports FHD at 60Hz.
