can't play mp4 and m4a files

 Mp4 and m4a files were playing normally on windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit(10.0, Build 19041). I updated the Operating System to windows 11 Home Single Language Version :- 21H2 (OS build:-22000.168, OS Version:-10.0.22000) on 02nd August, 2021. After that, when I trying to play mp4 or m4a files some times a message shows " The specified procedure could not be found. ".

You should NOT have done that update!  Why? Because Win11 is still in Beta testing, will not be released until October 5th at the earliest -- and because we do not provide support here for OSs that are still under test.

Also, HP does not currently provide Win11 drivers -- so basically you hosed up your laptop forcing this update.
