my product number is: WX036PA#UUF
the problem is that my bios can let me choose any display mode: iGPU,dGpu and hybrid my default option is hybrid so i change it to dGPU to improve performance of my games and i noticed that nothing change i even look in device manager to see if the graphics card appear but it only shows the iGPU intel hd graphics, when i go to bios again it goes back to hybrid mode
im sure my dGPU is amd radeon,,my laptop even has a sticker that says "ATI MOBILITY RADEON PREMIUM GRAPHICS"
that is all

Thank you for the information.
What are the games you are trying to play on the computer?
The computer that you have is not designed for gaming. Having said that, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.
While doing the recovery there is an option to backup your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.
Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/
The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.
