The case number is Edited and I cannot contact support for a resolution.
The first thing I tried to do is pay you guys so you'll talk to me. I was happy to do that, but sales have not come back to me to buy an extended warranty. There's no email, no phone number which answers and no reply to my two direct private messages. I gave contact details.
Assuming you are not interested in taking an extended warranty, I I paid a monthly subscription to get a phone number to call. It is consistently engaged. I believe it is fair to say your description of the service as 24/7 is not correct. The link which purports to go to a phone connection online goes to 404 not found. There's no email. May I ask for a response, failing which I'll ask for repayment for the faulty computer.
with appreciation

Hey @RobertNW_123,
Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query.
Just to let you know, I’ve responded to your previous post and sent you the details, along with the next steps and further information regarding your case, via private message.
Since your unit's warranty has expired, it cannot be extended. Instead, you would need to purchase a post-warranty service. I've sent you the relevant information regarding this via private message. Please take a look at the message, and I hope it helps clarify things for you.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
