Trying to use my Fire Tv on my HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV). How do I change HDMI output to input?

No you can NOT. Many AIO machines have BOTH HDMI in and out but not notebooks. You need TWO ports.
