Hi @DrKLGupta 

 

Run a battery test, power up the laptop, press the F2 key several times, select battery for the test, and check if it passes or if there is a fault ID. If there is a failure ID, the battery must be replaced.

Sorry to hear that! Try checking the charger, power outlet, and battery health settings — sometimes a simple reset or driver update can help. If it still won't charge, there may be a hardware issue worth checking.
