HP Spectre x360 - 13-4230ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying to find out whether the hp spectre x360 convertible 13-4230ng is compatible with any graphic pens (passive/active?). Can not find information about that anywhere. I have tried connecting it to the latest microsoft surface pen, but it does not ink; I have read that spectre x360 is compatable in general with pens, but wondering whether my particular model would be an exception..... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @D_Nico,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Have you used or got any pen along with this unit when purchased?

As per the Service guide, this notebook HP Spectre X360 - 13-4230ng may not be compatible with any graphical pens.

You may have to check locally if available. I request you talk to HP support they will help you with remote assistance if required.
