Microsoft Windows 11

My 2yr old gateway crashed. I replaced it with a new HP running Windows 11.

With the Gateway laptop I was running a 35"external display through the USB-C port using a hub with HDMI connection for monitor.  I also have a keyboard and a sound system going through the hub.  All were working fine.

When I try to do the same with the new HP, the external monitor is not working.  The keyboard and sound system do work.

What changes should I try in the USB-C settings to get the external monitor to work?

Also, the external monitor is working perfectly well when I use the HDMI connection on the laptop.
