Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0501sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can only connect my Envy X360 to Samsung smart TV via the USD-C port in 640 x 640 resolution, there are no other resolutions possible. Does anyone know if this model supports higher resolution output?

It was the cable. I bought a USB-C to HDMI adapter and used that with a known good HDMI cable, and now have full resolution. Manuy thanks.

How do you connect them ? Do you use USB-C  to HDMI adapter ? What is it ?

I'm using a USB-C to HDMI cable, unbranded and doesn't look particularly high quality. I had read that cables can be an issue but I wanted to check that the laptop can output at higher resolution than 640 x 640. It's a current 2022 model and running Windows 11.
