Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, now i use HP ENVY 4-1112 TX ultrabook

I just upgraded win 8.1 to win 10

all driver has installed properly (there is no issue in devices manager list)

my problems are:

- i couldnt find where i can adjust screen brightness, the shorcut on keyboard (f2&f3) no effect.

- it was perfectly worked at existing 8.1

- time for windows on / off take too long now. it seem intel rapid stoarge technology doesnt work.

so, any one can help? because many ways to solve (from google) doesnt work.

thank you.

Hi @AgungEnvy,

Thanks for becoming a member of the HP Support Forums. I understand you are having an issue with the brightness keys and slow start up and shut down. I will be glad to help you.

HP does not supply driver for Windows 10 with this computer. You can try installing the window 8.1 Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver. This may enable the brightness function keys.

You can restore to the old OS if Windows 10 is too slow for the computer.

Please keep me informed of how things went.

If you require further assistance, let me know and I will gladly do all I can to help you.
