@hello77
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the display?
- Are you able to close the screen lid without any obstacle?
Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for your help. I made 2 photo's. The screen looks like someone already opened it for 10.000 times in the middle of the screen, because it bends a little bit above the camera. I can close the screen without any obstacle, but the middle of the screen does not close completely (see photo).

I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Have a great day!

Here are three photos. There are two photos of the curved display - open and closed, and there is also a photo showing a slight bulge on the right side of the main body/keyboard - I used a metal ruler to show this.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Ok, I responded to the private message I received from your colleague as you said. Now another of your colleagues responded to my private post asking me to post to the forum instead!!! Not sure what's going on, but this is not inspiring confidence, since it appears no one reads anything. And btw, both private posts seemed to be legitimately from HP Support.
