ZBook14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using a ZBook14 with AMD FirePro W4190M and Intel HD Graphics 620 chips/drivers. I am trying to connect an ultrawide display (2560x1080), but am failing to have a resolution higher than 1920x1080. I tried about any driver version available from the HP support site (AMD tool seems not to play much role and offers no display settings at all). Setting the resolution directly is always unavailable (within the Intel tool as well as the windows settings). Has anybody had the same problem and is aware of a solution?

Firstly what is the generation of your zBook 14 ? Secondary how do you connect them ?

Regards.

It is a ZBook 14u G4 (1RQ70EA#ABD), connected to the screen with a Displayport-to-HDMI cable.

I found I can activate the hidden custom resolution menu via Registry Key \SOFTWARE\Intel\Display\igfxcui\igfxcfg\resources\CustomResolutions

But trying to add high custom resolutions gives a "resolution exceeds bandwith" error. Is there any way to configure the DisplayPort itself?
