i have dead pixels on my laptop any solution please?

The only real "solution" is to replace the screen.

If the laptop is still under the original 12-month warranty, HP MIGHT do this -- I say MIGHT because they have a threshhold of dead pixels and I do not think one is sufficient.  But, you would have to check directly with HP to see if this is covered by their warranty repairs.

on the screen what u see isnt dirt but manydeep gray cirlcles

I don't see the gray circles -- but that does not matter because it is HP's call regarding repairs under warranty.  We here have nothing to do with that.
