This didnt work for me as i have been in trouble so whatever youre policies are I am upto certain level where i cant tolerate a damaged product, please keep in mind, as i have to bring your kind attention in this matter,
a defect is adefect no matter what,if any one faces the same issue let me knows,cause i have paid a huge price ,
you clearly know how it feels like holding on to this.
keep a note of this,
