HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)

I have been getting linear flickering lines while using my laptop and then suddenly the laptop crashes and restart automatically. It's been happening for months, I tried troubleshooting and updated to latest update but problem still continues. I spoke to hp support , who took remote access and checked if any software issue but still not improvement, Thus, need help or further solution. Thank you

This is almost certainly an indication of failing video hardware -- either the screen or the video chip or both.

You need to connect an external monitor to the laptop.

If the visual artifacts also appear on the monitor, then it is a failing video chip and since those are soldered to the motherboard, they are not replaceable.

If the visual artifacts do NOT appear on the monitor, then it is a failing laptop screen. While those can be replaced, the cost varies enormously by individual PC model.

We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

Since you already contacted a service center, you need to get in contact with them again and ask about replacing or repairing the hardware -- and get an estimate of the cost, as this is likely to be very expensive.
