Hello! I have a problem with my laptop. In the past few days, when I turn it on, almost every time, the display remains completely off or lights up to a slightly lighter black but doesn't show any image. If I connect the laptop to another screen, everything is fine and it works normally.
What I've noticed is that: on the rare occasions when the display does work, the computer tends to give me a blurry background image where I need to enter the password, and once the password is entered, the icons are smaller than usual (if I restart, the icons return to normal). Additionally, the brightness no longer changes even though I try to increase or decrease it, and when I close the laptop without turning it off, it automatically shuts down. What could be the problem? How could I fix it?
