display replacement issue with the hp service center

recently, a 3 months back i replaced my broken display with the new one through service center located in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh(state).and they charged me about 8500 indian rupees for the new display because my laptop is out of warranty period, so i did pay and they replaced the display with new one but the problem the new display is not a 1080p display and text on display is not like the one i saw on my older broken display so can you clarify me on this thing, and the service center agent did not gave any options for display he just took the laptop and repaired it and gave it to me after one day, i just want get a display like the old one guys can you please help me out on this issue..
