Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep having a progrm shutting down and telling me "webgl" is needed. I have checked and webgl is running on chrome. I have 16gb ram and a new ss hard drive. only thing left is video card. can I update driver?  here is what I can deduce about the present driver.       Device Status: 0180200A [DN_DRIVER_LOADED|DN_STARTED|DN_DISABLEABLE|DN_NT_ENUMERATOR|DN_NT_DRIVER]
