I am trying to avoid buying a new laptop. I've had this one for about four years, and I like it. I just want to play ready or not and six days in Fallujah, and they aren't on console, and I really dont need to buy a gaming laptop. Can I change the video card for this thing? I have the intel IRISX with an i7 core

The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
The only way to upgrade the graphics would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that comes with a discrete graphics adapter.
You would also need to buy a new heat sink that supports a discrete graphics adapter.
That would probably cost you more than buying a new or refurbished notebook that has better graphics.
