does anybody know what drivers you need or   the maker of the grapichs card on  this older laptop?

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

Also, does it have an AMD or Intel processor.

That ID is for the AMD graphics adapter but it makes a difference what driver I give you based on the processor.

For your model, you need this graphics driver which installs both drivers for the Intel graphics and the AMD graphics adapter ID you posted above.
