Product: HP ProBook 445 G8 Notebook PC (2U742AV)

I have a ProBook 445 g8 and my father accidentally dropped my backpack with the laptop inside. When I checked my laptop the metal bar where I think the hinge is located has been damaged or displaced or the cables inside the metal bar have moved because every time I open my laptop I hear a scraping sound and it feels like I am cutting the cables which connect to the display
