HP Notebook 14dg      How do I move my icons from the left of the screen to the bottom?

Bottom of screen is already the Taskbar. You can move icon(s) from left side to Taskbar by simply Drag the icon to Taskbar OR

 

  (a) Right click icon

  (b) Select Pin to Taskbar
