I want to be able to increase the RAM of my router, how much is the maximum and where can I buy compatible RAM ?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Depending on what model AMD processor it has, the notebook either has one memory slot and can support up to 1 x 8 GB of memory, or it has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

I believe that the notebooks with the following processors only have one memory slot.

 

AMD Athlon™ Gold3150U 
AMD Athlon Silver3050U
AMD 3020e

 

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip no matter what processor your notebook comes with.
