how to disable the red flash light near the camera ?

 

I remember alway i use it, it did not has red light. has been search solution in google but unable to get.

Yes, I had tried many ways 2days ago, it still unable to turn it off.  I have searched in google, but all the methods did not help.

 

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

As long as the webcam is working fine, the light shouldn't matter,

However, if it is annoying you could attempt the below steps:

 

Go to Device Manager. >> Imaging Devices >> uninstall the webcam Driver >> Restart the PC.
