How can I down load the old software for my computer.

 

Product number: 455C8UA#ABA Serial number: removed

 

This is the info that I got from the HP support assistant program, i am not sure if this information corresponds correctly with the product named  on the top of the page.

I am looking to all the software " drivers, Lan driver, Video, Windows 11 and all the rest.  When I download the software with the HP recovery program it must be downloading the wrong software as I get a lot of error like this in not combatable with your system errors. I cannot simply download the free Microsoft windows 11 program because the laptop needs only HP drivers and Lan drivers that work with the motherboards that only HP uses.
