The User Guide explains how to use the Touchpad features.
Read the introduction to understand the basics:
Chapter 5 Navigating the screen on Page 28
The feature you seek is shown on Page 29
Two-finger tap (TouchPad only)
Use the two-finger tap to open the menu for an object on the screen.
NOTE: The two-finger tap performs the same function as right-clicking with the mouse.
● Tap two fingers on the TouchPad zone to open the options menu for the selected object.

The feature, like others for the Touchpad, can be set / enabled in Settings.
I believe the setup is the same as for Windows 10.
If that is the case, then:
Windows key > Settings
> Devices > Touchpad
Verify / Adjust the settings under "Taps"
Tap with two fingers to right-click

It appears you are running an unsupported Operating System.
HP Notebook - 15-ac122tu - Software and Drivers
The following Touchpad driver may work.
Before you install it, check the Device Manager for the Touchpad hardware ID.
This driver matches device(s):
ACPI\VEN_SYN&DEV_1EFC="Synaptics SMBus TouchPad"
ACPI\VEN_SYN&DEV_1EFB="Synaptics SMBus TouchPad"
