Hello. I want to buy a zbook 15 G5 workstation. However, the information does not indicate whether a discrete video card is present in it. There is only serial number [Personal Information Removed]. Are there ways to find out its presence through some Hp service. I will be grateful for your help

Hi:
According to the parts list for that S/N, the notebook comes with the onboard Intel graphics adapter only.
ASSY BU IDS UMA i7-9850H Studiox360 G5
UMA = Unified Memory Architecture = onboard Intel graphics.

I researched this site and came to the conclusion that it shows only when the discrete video card is in a separate slot and is removable. When it is on the motherboard, it does not show it. Somehow (I tried different service numbers

That would be correct in some of the ZBook models that have the MXM graphics card slot.
It appears from the way I read the service manual, the HP ZBook Studio G5 has different motherboards--those that come with the Intel HD graphics and those that come with the NVIDIA® Quadro P1000 GPU.
See chapter 3 of the service manual for the list of motherboards.
In chapter 5 of the manual, I see no procedure to remove or replace a discrete MXM GPU.
