Envy 15-bq002au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently been travelling, my laptop Envy 15-bq002au with me. I had it in a laptop case/sheet, and it was placed in the car with it in the case. When I used the laptop while in the car (I wasn't driving), I saw about 4 circles of yellowish tinge on the screen, around 8mm in diameter, one near every corner. I also realised that the chassis of the lid of the laptop was slightly opened from the bottom-left corner (when opened), and when I pressed it, it snapped back in place, making the bottom left mark decrease in size slightly. Read about this and am pretty sure is flex mark from when the laptop was in the car, probably in an awkward position. Have put slight pressure on those areas using fingers, and they seem to have decreased in size to around 6mm, but still definitely there. Have also tried restarting, etc. Please any solution to remove them.

Hi @HusHai

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
