every time when I`m playing any game my display is dimming according to the lighting in the room

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

From what I have understood, you want to disable auto brightness on your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

I checked the details of the Operating System you are using and I see that Windows 11 PCs can automatically adjust the screen brightness and contrast based on content that's displayed on your built-in screen.
