Hi:
Did you really install W10 32 bit?
Your notebook is not supported for 32 bit operating systems, and Nvidia did not develop any 32 bit drivers for the NVIDIA® GeForce® MX130 graphics adapter your notebook has, which is showing up as the 3D Video Controller.
Not to mention that your notebook came with 8 GB of memory, and with a 32 bit operating system only a max of 4 GB will be usable.
Do yourself a favor and install W10 64 bit so that everything works as it's supposed to.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
