HP Recommended

I just purchased the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U hp laptop (16GB RAM, 512 SSD) and I found that it came with no BACKLIT keyboard as mentioned in the product details when I made my purchase. The specs say it does come with a backlit keyboard. I checked the BIOS system and made sure that my F keys are enabled. Anyway can this be fixed ? Someone please help
