hi
i had recently bought my hp pavilion x360 13-u001ne
and after 2 month when i used my built in camera
it was blurry every time with different light intensity also
i even removed the plastic len cover from the camera
i noticed that the camera is not in the center on the hole.
is there anything i can do
or i have to give my laptop for warranty

I understand that you have webcam issues with your laptop.
Please try updating BIOS and check if that helps.
Update BIOS using this link.
Refer this article to troubleshoot webcam issues.
If the issue persists after troubleshooting it is a hardware issue.
Please contact HP for service options.

Thanks for trying out the steps.
As you mentioned that the issue still persists after troubleshooting.
It's a hardware issue please contact HP for service options.

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
