Not only have i talked to and reached customer service the guy told me that because its reached the end of the computer cycle that they no longer make anything of that  support for drivers and any technical problems, I was told that basically after they are 4 yrs old your out of luck my computer is not that old anyhow to me I'm very disappointed in hp for basically pulling the we will update your computer after a certain age to run like crap and have problems so your forced to buy a new laptop  this laptop was NOT A CHEAP LAPTOP WHEN PURCHASED  but for it to basically be forced to update that ruined drivers and software and to just now be told that sorry we cant help you with a compatible driver to get your touchscreen working because  we messed up by purposely and deliberately making it to where I would have to buy a new laptop. I mean how sad is that  to finally get a response saying well your laptop we dont do anything for but hey we have great deals on laptops for you to buy is a F+ for you this happened with my first hp laptop of 3 years where it had to be reset and the drivers and software was not present  so now this is twice this has happened to me owning a hp computer im going to immediately get rid of all hp products  in my household because now its clear that if its older than 3 yrs old they purposely will delete all the drivers made for it and make it update to where it will loose everything  and your forced to buy something new. I believe hp  could of done better and done right by its customers but its clear its all monopoly and a scam.
