hp notebook 15-bs576tx laptop with amd radeon 520 graphics card drivers not compatible

I have bought this hp notebook 15-bs576tx laptop on september 3rd fro amazon.in.  This laptop comes with dedicated amd radeon 520 graphics and integrated intel hd 620 graphics. I'm a designer, so i usually use the both adobe photoshop and illustrator softwares. This both softwares consumes GPU(i.e, graphic card). This laptop is with dos operating system, so i installed win 10, and after installing all drivers, graphic card drivers in not compatible with the graphics card, it has amd radeon 520 graphics , but instead it shows with amd radeon r5 m330 graphics, so the both adobe softwares not consumes the graphic card due to the incompatible of the drivers.

 When i installed with intel hd 620 graphic drivers, the display blinks minutely every time.  

I contacted the hp tollfree for this problem, they said bios is not updated, so after updating the bios driver , it get shut down automatically and i cant able to start it again.

Now i contacted Hp service center in my locality and making the process of replacement.

Does any one who using the same bs576tx model laptop, find this same problem. pls write here. Thanks.

1. Has your problem  (radeon 520 driver) being resolved?  What is the status?  I am planning to buy this model.

2. Can u  tell me how much is the boot-up time  it takes in Windows-10?

3.   Is the ServiceGuide(Manual) "c05493257.pdf" from HP-Site:

relevant & applicable  for this particular model (15-BS576TX) you purchased?

4. Finally, Does this have an M2.slot for adding a SSD drive?

    The above manual says so in page-3. (But I am not sure whether the manual is for this laptop)!!

No the problem has not been resolved, so i'm processing with a return and refund from amazon.

I did try the autodetect CRIMSON Edition software from AMD website. This is a wrong driver. It identified the Dedicated graphics card as AMD R5 M330 just like what @naren16 experienced. Remove evey AMD driver from the computer. AMD website advices not to download AMD driver from their site for Radeon 520/530 and such custom solutions prepared by hardware builders.

Try this AMD driver uninstaller to clean up: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

Download the latest AMD/Intel Hybrid graphics driver from HP's ftp server (link below) and install. That's it. It will hopefully work.

My hp notebook 15-bs576tx laptop also had the same problem. Purchased it from  Amazon in cashback offer and got delivered on time.
I turned ON laptop and installed Win10 on it. Then was updating drivers when BIOS update got failed and laptop didn't start.

contacted Hp service centre in my locality and made the process of replacement.

Then I read a lot about this laptop and that most of the laptop of this model has the same problem. BIOS is corrupted.

Now my replacement new laptop is working fine.

And After installing Win. , it automatically installed drivers and also of AMD which is correctly detecting the card.

HP was very helpful in the whole process but I have found many users having this problem.

Thank you Sir for providing the solution. My laptop is HP bs579tx, little different from bs576tx. It has AMD Graphics Chipset Radeon(TM) 520. I searched for latest avaliable driver for it on the website of AMD but was unable to find it. Please give the website from  where I can download and install latest driver for AMD Radeon 520 Graphics card. Please help sir.
