HP Pavilion 15-n003tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing windows 10 64 bit and after updating windows system will stuck and after restart windows will stuck and never opens the windows os.

 

I thought it might be a graphics card driver issue and tried installing latest driver - AMD Radeon™ HD 8670M Series GPU from amd. but no luck.

 

I tried checking amd radeon driver for windows 10 64 in hp drivers site but not drivers for windows 10 64bit.

 

Could some help me solving this issue and if it is driver issue please provide the correct driver for HP Pavilion 15-n003tx.

Thanks for continuous support. Kabini driver also didn't work.

 

And also whenever intel hd graphics driver updated from windows update will cause the OS stuck immediately and after force restart will cause boot stuck to make it work need restore the windows.

 

Please suggest better solution.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

 

I do know that you should not update the Intel graphics driver though.

 

You need to stick with the original Intel and AMD graphics drivers provided by HP.
